£25 Million Win Was Icing On The Cake
What happens when a man who has just about everything he needs wins £25 million? For Brian Caswell, it enhanced the quality of his life a bit but hasn’t changed it very much.
Caswell had planned his finances well and could live off the fruits of his many years of work even without the lottery win in 2009. He was happy with his life then and still happy the win has not significantly changed his life.
He has not bought overseas homes because he likes the place where he lives. And though he has bought one Range Rover, he has not bought a fleet of cars that many big winners do. What the win has allowed them, as a family, to do is to live closer together and upgrade the things they have. Vacations are a bit more luxurious, and of course there are no financial worries.
He calls his win the icing on the cake.

Orlando Man Bags $28 Million Jackpot
A man named James Caldwell won a $28,759,280.93 lottery jackpot. Winner Caldwell went to the Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee to claim the prize without any fanfare. He did not even have his picture taken or give any statement.
Caldwell had purchased the winning ticket from a Circle K Store at South Ferncreek Avenue. It was a Quick Pick ticket which made him a millionaire many times over, and gave the store a $160,000 commission.
Though Caldwell will not have any financial worries in the near future, he seems concerned about maintaining his anonymity. He asked that the money be paid in one lump sum to a company he has just set-up named BJEWELL LLC.
Euromillions Win Prompts Woman To Buy New Kettle
A lucky jackpot of £1million on EuroMillions is something that retired nursery worker Marie Dean and her husband Roy sorely needed. Now their first purchase from their million pound bounty is a kettle. Which just proves how badly they needed money prior to their lottery success.
The lucky great-grandmother still can’t believe her luck, and her husband now teases that they may need a new kitchen now that they have a new kettle. The elderly couple also say that they will enjoy having the heating on all the time, and getting their clothes dried in a drier.
The couple also wants to help their three children, as well as their grandchildren.
